We store, preserve and package agricultural and food products. Our facilities give produce the right conditions from harvest to shipment.

Our core work is above-zero cold storage of food products and the packaging of dates, fresh fruit, vegetables and other produce. We have covered and open facilities with the equipment to keep produce in good condition and get it ready for supply and distribution.

    Date Syrup / Molasses

    A concentrated natural sweetener made by cooking and straining dates. Unlike refined sugar, it keeps much of the fruit's minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

    • CompositionNatural sugars (glucose, fructose). Rich in iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, copper, zinc and selenium, with B-vitamins, vitamins A, C and K, and polyphenols.
    • Glycemic indexAbout 47–55 (moderate, lower than white sugar's ~65)
    • Serving1–2 tablespoons (30–60 g) per day for adults
    • Ideal forRetail bottles, food service (bakeries, cafés) and B2B ingredient supply. A clean-label alternative to refined sugar and honey.

    High natural sugar content: market it as a whole-fruit sweetener, not as diabetic-safe or low-sugar. Not recommended for infants under 12 months.
